Video Game Reviews

OK, I have finally sent back Freedom Fighters and Tony Hawk Underground for PS2, both games are amazing and I kept them both out for about a month and made sure that I beat them. As they return home I look forward to Kill.Switch which is the next game on my queue. But I have no patience and before the previous games were put in the mail I ran out to Blockbuster with Jon to rent a sweet co-op fighting game. The game we chose was Lord of the Rings: Return of the King and although I have spent less than two hours playing it, it rules. It is hella hard, but sweet and the co-op fighting is just what we were hoping for. For an added bonus, just like the Buffy game, it has unlockable DVD features which we have already begun to enjoy. The fear i have though is that the game has some movie spoilers in it, although the way they cut back and forth between the game and the movie is brilliant and I can't wait to fight with an Ent (which may or may not happen). I recommend it, but this is still somewhat pre-mature, expect a full review after further exploration.



P.S. - I had quite an elaborate fantasy in which the game would have an unlockable character where I could play as an Ent, and wreck an astronomical amount of house on the orcs and trolls who plague us throughout the game. Although probably impossible to do I will hold on to this fantasy until we unlock all the characters and prove that the Ent does not exist. Until then I am rocking it out with Legolas who has two long swords and
